What type of vehicles can I install the GX6 device into? The GX6 device is sold here with an OBDII plugin harness. The device can be installed in any vehicle fitted with an OBDII diagnostic port. This includes cars, vans and light commercial trucks. |
| Do the GX6 devices come pre-installed with a SIM card? Yes, the GX6 devices come with a pre-installed SIM card. You are not required to provide a SIM card yourself. |

Do the SIM cards pre-installed in the GX6 devices come with an associated SIM plan? Yes, the pre-installed SIM card supplied with the GX6 has an activation ready SIM plan. The plan will activate automatically once the device is installed and connects to a cellular network. |

Which cellular network does the GX6 SIM connect to? The SIM card provided, pre-installed with the GX6 device connects to the Telstra network. |

What happens if my vehicle travels in areas with no cellular coverage? The GX6 device will buffer and store all telemetry and GPS positional data to it's internal memory if it is unable to connect to a cellular network. The amount of data that the device can store is dependant on the activity of the vehicle when outside of cellular coverage, however, the device memory can easily store 1 month+ of data. This buffered/stored data will be uploaded once the device is able to reconnect to a cellular network. |
